“Pretty cool selection with wildly varying prices. Some things will cost less than you expect and some will cost far more than you could afford. Quite confusing honestly but in general really nice selection for people from home owners to someone looking to furnish an apartment. Also has a large reclaimed lumber section with old growth etc. Prices vary again but pretty massive selection. If you have cash to spend on interesting finds, really cool place with decent parking”
“I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

“This store has so much for your home! It's an upscale version of TJ Maxx and Homegoods, with merchandise organized well, stocked fully, and thoughtfully plannogrammed. The interior is clean and spacious. There's SO much to buy, stuff you've never even thought you'd need, like a Christmas tree shaped beverage dispenser. Their stuff is high quality, long-lasting, and premium. We bought $8 pasta and $10 pasta sauce to splurge and got a free ornament. The customer service is superb! They must treat their employees well, as all the staff seemed excited, happy, engaged, outgoing, and smiley.”

“John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future”

“Every now and then you have such a great experience with a store that you have to write a glowing review of it. This is one of those occasions. We recently purchased a sectional sofa from Su Casa and had it delivered to our house yesterday. We looked at sectionals at several national chains, including in DC, but didn't find anything we really liked until we went to Su Casa in Fells. Everything about our experience with Su Casa--from the floor service to the delivery crew was exceptional. First of all, Yoriko, the saleswoman, was outstanding, answering all of our questions as if she really knew the product. She was super sweet, had good design opinions, and was easy to work with. If all salespeople were like her there would be world peace. The delivery crew, Marcus and Matt, were very courteous and careful. They came to our house early--the first time anything of this size has ever been delivered to our house early. They respectfully removed their shoes without even being asked (who ever hear of that?!). The only hitch was the furniture pieces at first seemed like they were not going to be able to be maneuvered around our 20th Century staircase. At one point, it looked like we would have to abort the mission. But Marcus wouldn't leave until the job was done, figuring out the jigsaw puzzle of our staircase while lifting hundreds of pounds of furniture. We finally got the sofa in our second-floor family room and--after all the blood, sweat and tears--I have to say that it's absolutely perfect in our room! Our experience with Su Casa, from sales floor to delivery, was truly fantastic. I cannot more highly recommend this local store to others and I think it deserves our loyal business moving forward. “I’m giving this location four stars because I normally never have issues here, even during the busiest hours. This is my favorite Target, and my experiences are usually great. However, I had a recent drive-up experience with one male employee that was very disappointing.
I placed a drive-up order and was the first car to arrive. About six minutes later, two other cars pulled up. The employee came out with several bags on his cart, gave the other cars their orders, looked directly at my car, and walked away. I assumed the bags weren’t mine, but after 15 minutes, he had handed out orders to five other customers while I was still waiting.
I finally beeped my horn and asked if there was an issue with my order. He asked for my name, which I provided. He then said the Target phone only showed one active order. I showed him my phone confirming I had checked in and pressed “I’m here.” He responded rudely, saying, “Well, that’s all I have on my screen,” and walked away. He then continued delivering orders to other cars.
I went inside to get help, and while speaking with another employee, I noticed my app suddenly said “order picked up.” When the employee asked him what happened to my order, he claimed he didn’t know and acted as if our earlier interaction never occurred. No one wanted to provide their name. Thankfully, the manager resolved the issue and recovered my items, I heard him say to her “why you didn’t just refund her?” And something else I fully couldn’t hear after he realized she recovered my items.
While waiting, I also witnessed this same male employee laughing in another customer’s face when she asked to speak to a manager, which was very unprofessional.
This was not my first negative interaction with him. During a previous visit for in-store pickup, he walked past a line of customers waiting. When I asked if he was handling pickup orders and another customer asked him for help as well he responded rudely and aggressively, “WELL DO YOU HAVE A BARCODE!?”
Management handled the situation appropriately, which I appreciate, but this employee’s behavior was disrespectful and frustrating. I know his behavior isn’t being addressed properly because of how frequent, comfortable and open he is with acting the way he acts towards customers. I hope his behavior is soon addressed as it does not reflect the usual standard of service at this location.
