“I was met near the front door by a nice young man. I told him about my old la z boy chair breaking and that I wanted to see what was available and to see if my current chair was fixable and how to do this. He asked me lots of questions and we proceeded to 3 chairs. He showed me the model I currently own as well as 2 others. I didn't like the 1st one too much, but did like the 2nd. The model I currently own was about 500 dollars more, and had basically the same features as my broken chair. I picked a chair that was in stock so I am looking forward to delivery next week. Your salesman was excellent. He knew his product and was easy to work with. I am an older person with some mobility issues. I use the riding carts at most stores. When people offer to help me get things I cannot reach, I often tell them that I am an official awarder of GOLD STARS. Yor salesman earned a GOLD STAR from me for all his help. “Pretty cool selection with wildly varying prices. Some things will cost less than you expect and some will cost far more than you could afford. Quite confusing honestly but in general really nice selection for people from home owners to someone looking to furnish an apartment. Also has a large reclaimed lumber section with old growth etc. Prices vary again but pretty massive selection. If you have cash to spend on interesting finds, really cool place with decent parking”

“What a treat. This place is kind of like awesome furniture store: gorgeous well made stuff along with grandmas attic of smalls. Everything from art work, lamps, figurines, pottery, dishes, toys. The list goes on and on. The number of cookie jars they have is crazy wild!. Lots of nostalgia. And I don’t know about you but I like to dig around on shelves looking for treasures. This is your place. Prices were good and the staff was helpful. What a better way to spend part of your day, it’s almost like a museum you can visit for free!”

“I visited the store just to compare prices but ended up buying a full living room setup because the designs felt more modern than other places nearby. The salesperson helped mix and match sofa, center table, and shelves so everything looked coordinated. Payment and billing were smooth. Delivery came one day later than promised due to transport delay, but they informed me beforehand. Assembly was quick and neat. One minor issue was a slightly uneven table leg, which they fixed the same day after I called.”

“TL;DR: a couch from Su Casa is an investment in an awesome local small business, American manufacturing, and the couch itself - that won't require replacement every 10 years like some intentional garbage from Ikea, joybird, lovesac, etc.
After dealing with a degrading Ikea couch for 8 years, I finally sought out a replacement. Lots of people recommended online stores, like joybird or lovesac, but so many reviews suggest they're little better quality than Ikea with a polished PR facade, and sample swatches confirmed that. I went to a few secondhand places, like second chance, but couldn't find anything in the right size. After finding some good options in their online store, I went in to Su Casa, and holy smokes it was the best decision!
Their materials were clearly higher quality/more durable than the online swatches I received, and their customer service was excellent - knowledgeable and available to sufficiently answer all of my questions. They helped me with each customization decision and even added throws to my order over the phone a few days after I placed the couch order in store and realized I should get the pillows. They kept me updated about the couch construction and even asked, after it was completed, that the packaging/shipment portion be expedited (after I called to check on progress since I had a guest coming into town who I wanted to give a not-falling-apart couch as a sleeping option). Then 2 friendly delivery guys miraculously managed to get each piece of the couch up my front steps and in through my front doors without even touching the couch or wall. The couch is fabulous and perfect and still feels and looks brand new after 3 months (with 3 rambunctious kids). It cleans up easy and seems impossible to damage with scratches.
On top of ALL of this perfection, I'm so glad to support American builders and this excellent local business. Yeah, those online companies may cost $500-1k less than a similar couch at Su Casa, but you get what you pay for - a decline in quality and service, and no American manufacturing. This couch may have cost 2-3x as much as a current, comparable IKEA couch, but I'm sure in 10 years it WON'T be anywhere near falling apart. I'm betting it'll still look great!

“Thank you for the mattress. I did same day cash once I bought. I was looking for over 3 days learning as well. I didn't want to impulse shop and i wanted collective information before i spend over 1000, I kept asking questions then got the one I felt i needed. With a good price as well. I dont know the mattress industry an I dont wake up an buy a new mattress every single day. Just once every few years when needed. So I felt I got a great deal posturepedic by sealy. ( I hope this last 10yrs) or at lest 6-7
I think most complaints people make are just a preference issue for how they sleep rather side or stomach and preference , soft vs firm or stiff or what is actually firm in their own minds compared to their old mattress.
So im not over thinking it and over analyzing like others do im happy. I wish it was a little soft with hug to my body tho, laying on it without sheets in the store with plastic on top for 30sec is a way differently feeling then what i would feel every night at home. maybe it will soft as time goes. But I also RATHER not sink in my bed tho. So can not be picky all around its better than what I had”
