“Sr. Project Manager, Jim, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive, helpful, and absolutely committed to getting it right. There were issues with the proof I had sent, and he and his team worked to get it fixed in time to avoid delays in receiving my order in a very tight timeframe. Not only did it get fixed in time, they were also very kind about the mix up--and in a world where we've come to expect surly attitudes and pushback, that's rare. Highly recommend! “I went in to get my tint removed. From the limited interactions, I can tell you that: - He always answers his phone - He gives straight and knowledgeable answers to queries - He charges at or around market value prices - He communicates clearly - He does what he says he's going to do on time I know there are all sorts of places to make mistakes and get advice in this industry, but for my simple needs, I couldn't have asked for more.”

“Repeat Customer here! This is my second time ordering shirts (200+) for a group event. High quality and super quick production ‐ less than two weeks. We have consistently dealt with Clayton who has delivered great service. Shirts are always identical to the artwork and final proof. Various payment methods accepted including credit cards and company checks. Not one error on shirt count or shirt sizes either time. I will continue to support this business and refer others. Four stars ... only because parking is very difficult.”

“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”
