“In these troubled times we are truly fortunate to have Postal Secretary at 2833 Smith Avenue, Greenspring shopping center.Today I took a bunch of stuff there, including a blazingly marked Fedex package, for which the sender company had provided a UPS return label.Alisann at Postal Secretary said UPS would not shipsuch a noticeable Fedex package. She offered to sell me a neutral envelop and said she would handle the rest.But before we did that she changed her mind and simply turned the Fedex envelope inside out, creating a gray-colored neutral plastic package. She then carefully razor-moved to old address label, reattached it and repackaged the contents.None of this produced Alisann a penny, but she did it voluntarily and cheerily.Alisann is my Monday Hero!”

If that woman doesn't get a raise, yall are missing out on praising a high-quality employee!!Our company had a very important Board meeting at 3:30pm and our printer broke down at 2:45pm (UGH). “I've been to a lot of UPS stores and post offices to ship out products for my business. I have gotten the best service here. One day, one of the packages I sent out was delayed. I asked the staff here if they could help, or had any thoughts on if it got lost. They went above and beyond, examined the camera footage to make sure it didn't end up in the wrong bin and etc. The package arrived just fine, and it turned out that wasn't needed, but the gesture really showed my the professionalism of the staff. They were also very friendly and helpful, even though they were extremely busy given the season. I use this place exclusively now.”

Every employee we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, the drop off process was super easy and you get a 15% off coupon if you purchase something that day. We were out for errands and had a few things to purchase - a got a pair really nice JBL headphones as a gift along with a classic board game - and the 15% off sweetened the pot. I was really impressed by the employees and service was quick and efficient.”
