“This is an unassuming yet wonderful grocery store on the east side of Baltimore County. The bakery is ferociously fabulous. It’s not all shiny and fancy so prices are reasonable.”

“Love it, specialty food and brands. A lot of local brands available. It's not a supermarket but it does have a variety of food items you wouldn't find at your local supermarket. Produce section is adequate they also have a fish/meat department. Definitely recommend going if u like to find specialty or local items”

“Used to go to this market with my neighbors frequently. It has always been clean. I used to go to get my onion pickles in a jar. Great price for them. But I recently ordered 100 piece fried chicken for my birthday party and it was delicious. I even called to change my time 2 days before pick up, and they were fine with it. Cashiers are just a bit tired & lifeless looking every time I go. lol like, no, hey , how are you doing type of interaction. they just ring your stuff up and hand you your receipt and out the door you go.”

“Great store with a great selection. I got a whole cart of groceries for $100! You can’t beat that nowadays. Of course, there are some shady characters in the parking lot, but overall a good experience.”
“This Giant is pretty good, but it was so small, now that it is remodeled so much more space. I wasn’t extremely impressed by the lady at the sushi bar- she was rude as hell when I asked her question but I wont dwell on it. Overall pretty good, shelves stay stocked, again more space, and every cashier I’ve met is so nice and sweet!”
“Good selections but very inconsistent. Many things appear and then disappear from shelves, not to be restocked. Deli counter is very mixed. About half the offerings are very cheaply prepared, e.g. chicken pot pies with almost NO CHICKEN, extremely expensive crab cakes. Good bakery section. Produce usually good. Some prices are ridiculously high which is most aggravating. Looking for a better market....”

“I had to speak to the manager of the front end the cashiers about a female that was working the pizza bar but the manager on the other hand handle the situation well and said he would speak to her when I came the next day the light-skinned female with the dreadlocks were still ranting and raving she needs to be fired however the front end manager handle it well he was very business-oriented”

To pay almost half the cost in comparison to other stores.. THANK YOU, ALDI! The only con I have is keeping in stock those singular brands that are worth keeping (Bustelo, grass feed steaks)”

“This is a very good and affordable place to get ingredients. They have many hard to find items like fresh lemongrass, coconut kaya, shrimp pastes, dry beancurd, so many kinds of noodles, snacks, sticky rice, sweet rice flour, frozen durian, chrysanthemum tea, lots of frozen dim sum, frozen pandan leaves, and a big selection of pickles, seaweed and canned/dried goods. They DO have fresh choy sum, gai lan, daikon, and fresh Vietnamese herbs, fruit and fresh soy milk etc. They also have a huge bulk spice selection including many Indian spices. They have been open in Baltimore for thirty years!!! Lastly, they have a big selection in the back of bulk ingredients, affordable cooking equipment including woks that are big enough for opening a restaurant with

“I've been coming to this place for years now, because of the distance, it's a monthly trip for me. Today service was exceptional. Two ladies behind the counter were very helpful. I don't remember seeing them before, and if they are new employees I hope they stay.”
“Secret spot for the BEST Greek food. Fresh olives by the pound and fresh feta cut to order. Once you start coming here, you'll be hooked. When the fresh bread comes out- scoop it up quick. They also have Greek wines and Ouzo.”
“Aldi and their employees are always wonderful. The only downside to this location at Belair and Frankford is a lot of entitled people shop here. They won't say excuse me, even after bumping into you, have their music or conversations playing out loud for all to hear, and never have their payment ready. At least one of these things happens everytime at this location. Think of other people shoppers. Geez.”
“I lived for years in Sarasota, Florida near a Fresh Market. Even when a Whole Foods opened directly across the street, Fresh Market was still my market of choice for gourmet foods. Because of health issues I moved to Columbia, Maryland to be close to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Unfortunately the nearest Fresh Market is about 30 miles away. Columbia is the type of community that can well afford to support a Fresh Market even though all the other gourmet and regional chains are close by. Please consider placing a store in Columbia, Maryland. You won’t be sorry!”

“Tisha I believe was her name (long bright red braids) was amazing. I never leave a review of a grocery store but she made my day. I had one of those carts where the wheel kept skipping and was messed up . She saw me in the dairy aisle and said she had a different cart right in the back.. and then she exchanged it and switched it for me right there. I’ve never had anyone do that. Her service went above and beyond. She was also in the middle of stocking and she stopped and helped me out. Please thank her again for me. She is good people in the world. ?I appreciate it.”
“I have always liked shopping at Weis at Nottingham. The staff is very professional, and always demonstrates a willingness to assist. This is a large grocery operation, and it offers an excellent selection of various foods,
including the bakery, fruits, vegetables,
meat, chicken, pork, lamb, salads, and a large selection of canned goods.

“My first time here. I came for the Mardi Gras specials. This was a very nice store. Very clean. The aisle directories are a bit too far into the aisle. So finding things took a bit of wondering. My unfamiliarity with the store may have also been a contributing factor to this. I was able to find all the items I came to purchase . Thus a well stocked store. The ground beef I bought was also very fresh. A big shout out to Chemise my cashier. She has a wonderful sense of humor and delightful attitude. As a veteran of many, many Shop Rites (from the Catskills to Cape may) it was a pleasure.”
