Management is noted as genuinely caring about the quality of the building and the resident experience. Apartments are overall nice with great appliances, good water pressure, large bathtubs, and in-unit washer and dryer. Distinctive amenities include an environmentally friendly design and a Sky Lounge with an incredible view. While most issues get resolved, some residents note difficulty reaching management by phone, finding it more effective to visit the office in person. Occasional concerns like noise from neighbors or package security have been addressed promptly and professionally by the staff.
Just moved here and could not be more pleased by the staff who have helped me get started with apartment living. The community here is also friendly and I feel like I've hit the jackpot for convenience and location.
