“The problem I had was that there are too many companies that are involved, you have ALE doing one thing & from my experience they are not really proficient at what they do and after all that was done I get hit with an investigation, I tell you being homeless really sucks and if I found out about a third-party involvement I would be extremely mad, I lost everything and really what I got would never replace certain things that I lost, ie one of my cats, a friend of 10 plus years, my religion things, so . I am sorry but how it started working with All-State was fine ,but it ended bad”

“I’ve been with Matthew Valcich and Allstate for many years insuring my business. Anytime I have ever had a question with any of my business vehicles Matthew has returned with a solution within hours if not sooner. Even throughout a busy day Matthew has at least touched base with me only to get back later with additional information allowing for a pleasant experience. During the January 9, 2024 Winter Storm to hit the east coast my business location was flooded which caused some water damage to the wood flooring base to my service truck. After logging this experience with photos, time line, Matthew was quick to offer instructions on how to get things moving for repairs too include follow ups making sure I was taken care of. Actions from a person as Matthew displayed reflected he was more than just an agent, he had become something more resembling family. Within 3 weeks of submitting a claim for this storm damage, I was made whole only to proceed with repairs. In what seemingly is a rushed world we live in today it’s comforting to know someone actually does his or her job like a true professional.

“It was really great for the most pert, however my last conversation with a lady who answered the phone was very difficult. She was unfriendly and brash. I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.”

“I have several foreign market vehicles ranging from a JDM R33 GTR to a UK imported Defender 90…all of which I only have thanks to Anna Valvi. When my previous company just randomly stopped insuring my JDM Land Cruiser, she came highly recommended by people in a car group on Facebook. I quickly found out why when she not only got me coverage for the Land Cruiser as a daily driver, but beat all competitors’ rates both on my collector car policy and home policy. Within a week I switched EVERYTHING to State Farm for one consolidated and fair monthly bill. And when nobody would supply the windshield I needed for my JDM Skyline, she authorized me to buy one myself and still honor my windshield coverage. Needless to say, her office will have my business for a long time. I just insured 3 more vehicles with her, and I recommend her office every chance I get.
*Side note, I previously contacted other State Farm branches about insuring my imported vehicles and they were clueless. This is NOT the standard, it’s far above it.”
