Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is a beautifully designed hotel with lovely, clean, and spacious rooms featuring super comfy beds and heavenly showers. The lobby and bar area create a beautiful space where the food and drinks are good and delicious, though the restaurant can be a little pricey. The staff are amazing, incredibly accommodating, wonderful, helpful, and nice. The hotel offers covered garage parking across the street for a validated rate, which is a great deal. Its location is within walking distance of several restaurants and is in a safe and quiet area, though some traffic noise from the street can be heard. While generally a solid choice and good value, minor issues include an AC unit that makes weird noises and occasionally slow dinner service. Guests highly recommend it and would stay again.
Loved this hotel and experience. From Perry, Devin, and Edris the valets, Rochelle and Tyjun at the front desk, Darcy and Keisha the servers, to the gorgeous experience of Washington Park and Monument, we wished we'd spent more than an afternoon noon in such a lovely, historical place.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating for our teams' needs. Great infused water options. Breakfast options were nice for a majority of our participants at the meeting.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo for two days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and offered excellent service throughout my stay. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Ben, who assisted with room service and maintenance requests with great patience, making my visit even better. Highly recommend!
