The Lord Baltimore Hotel is an incredibly beautiful and historic hotel with commendable, friendly, and helpful staff. Many guests find it a quaint and functional place with a great location, being literally a block away from the CFG Arena. The architecture and history are an added bonus. Reviews note the rooms are clean, though some mention they are not quite as clean as desired or show wear and tear, with furniture having dents and scrapes and bathrooms appearing outdated. Some rooms are described as small, and issues like a hard bed or inefficient air conditioning are occasionally reported. While there is some wear, most feel it does not detract from the stay and is expected for a historic site. The staff receives consistent praise for being amazing, efficient, and nice, even when handling booking issues. Valet parking is very easy. However, parking is otherwise problematic. The on-site café has pricey food with more than generous portions. A significant concern for some is the surrounding area, which is not considered safe to walk in. While the location is convenient, guests should be aware that parts of the hotel need updates and some services may be limited.
Our truck wouldn't fit in the garages. Hotel staff took care of it! 5 stars to the hotel staff! ❤️

Sadly, this part of Baltimore has fallen on tough times. As such, it is not safe to walk anywhere. The rooms are clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The bed was hard and the a/c did not cool efficiently, which are my only 2 room issues.

Very quaint functional hotel. Fresh ice water and spa water constantly available in the lobby. Architecture and history an added bonus. Room not quite as clean as Id like it but overall a great place to stay!
