“Overall, it was a pleasant to stay. I will say, though the toilet is stopped working twice it took them several hours to replace it. Eventually they put me in another room with that room key did not work so they had to put me into another room.”
“We had a great time with visiting family playing their table-top curling game. After we knocked over and broke several glasses (too competitive on the table), Kylie who prepared and served our game was fantastic. She demonstrated remarkable customer service and made us feel at home in spite of our blunders. Thank you Kylie!”
“Leigh-Anne was wonderful. It was really refreshing to receive a little stretching with my massage. Absolutely loved the heated and weighted blankets she added and the foot add on was lovely.
I had the Ivy Spa Lunch retreat for my birthday. The cheese platter and champagne were nice after my massage.
I was under the impression we would have robes based on the online pictures and whoever I spoke with while booking but maybe thats hotel guest only.
It’s also very small so not really a luxury place per se… just kind of a waiting hall. I thought I would be taken to a different area to enjoy the platter and champagne. It was pretty awkward being in the hallway especially once other people arrived…
Overall I had a nice experience”

“Great location, finally a nice hotel not only near, but NEXT TO Johns Hopkins. Beds are ridiculously comfortable and bathrooms are spacious but feel cold. Dear Charles has a great menu… LOVE the breakfast selections and don’t skip the roasted chicken for dinner. Staff is solid and works hard to ensure you enjoy your stay.”

“June 1-3 2026 I stayed at Hotel Indigo ,it was an emergency trip to be by mother’s bedside. I can not overstate how kind and accommodating everyone was. Sleep did not come easy,, which caused me to be up and down, some might have been annoyed but Jamal, the night manager allowed me to pace and roam, he offered conversation if I wanted or solitude in the lobby, whatever II needed. His kindness was a light in a very dark time for me. He has otherworldly emotional intelligence , which is the difference in a good hotel and a great hotel. The hospitality industry too often the human element is lost inside the cooperate conformity of rules and regulations protecting profits. Not at this hotel, I felt like the staff were old friends I was meeting for the first time. Thank you Jamel for being so kind. You should run your own hotel.”
“This was a last minute booking for my family and I before our cruise tomorrow. We were going to stay at another motel that didn't look or feel safe at all. Once we got to Hampton we felt alot safer. The staff was warm and welcoming and actually spoke English unlike the other motel. From now on we will definitely be booking with Hampton for or vacation stays.”
“This was our first cruise experience and it was fantastic. Royal has this down to a science and made this vacation absolutely wonderful. There was no need for anxiety because their was no confusion on where or what to do next. Parking was easy and very close to the port.”

“Incredibly beautiful hotel, I almost wish I had stayed longer just to enjoy how pretty it was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with my booking; the system somehow double booked me, under two different discount codes. The lovely woman at the front desk was very efficient at clearing it all up getting me situated while also being very nice and joking around. The manager came over just to check on things and was also great to talk to. Valet parking was very easy, and the attendants were great. Went to the café downstairs, food was pretty pricey, but for the area it isn’t bad, and the portions are *more* than generous.
Literally a block away from CFG arena. The room wasn't very expensive compared to others, and I likely saved even more just by not needing to take an uber. I was here for a kpop concert, as were many other guests, as well as a lot of military people were staying. So a very loud gathering of people on top of being in downtown Baltimore. However, my room was very peaceful, no excess noise spilling in.
There is certainly some wear and tear in the rooms, like other reviews have stated, but nothing to detract from the stay at all, just what one can expect from a historic site.”

I was impressed how clean the hotel was from our room to the lobby to the gathering spaces through out the hotel....
I was loved the fact the hotel is located in the heart of the Inner Harbour with great views...
I can't stress how impressed I was with the friendly staff, how clean the hotel was...
Oh, I forgot to mention that our hotel bed was super comfortable and smelled good which is a big plus for me...

“Very clean, excellent service near the harbor the only thing I don't like is not parking and we have to pay $45 dollars for valet parking which is not included on the hotel price and they put two bottles of water in the room price is $7 a piece other than that I love”
“Here for a work conference. Didn't stay the night. Beautiful grounds and fun pathways to explore on breaks. The food here has been variable in the 15+ years I have been attending conferences here but it's at an upswing now. The individual packed breakfast and lunch was very good and healthy.”

“Extremely comfortable beds. I stay in hotels 200 nights a year (pilot) and this is a top 5 bed. Also, front desk attendant, Jay, was one of the most welcoming and helpful staff members of any hotel I’ve ever been to. Out of thousands of staff, he is top 0.1%! He needs to be recognized for his superior and exceptional service!”

“What can I say, a truly unique historic inn. excellent location, I recommend parking behind it if you are by car. Room not exactly clean in terms of linen, check carefully first. For the rest, friendly and smiling staff. The breakfast (5th floor) included is very simple, but it's there. Noteworthy is the terrace on the 5th floor, you exit from the breakfast room, very beautiful view.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The kirchenettes and overall roominess work great for a longer stay. Having a starbucks in the lobby was so nice. Really enjoyed how dog friendly everything was as well. The only downfall is you hear ALL the street noise, even 8 floors up, you can hear every word from the songs people are listening to in their cars.”

“I came with some friends from college! We had a great experience! Location was awesome, everything we went to was in walking distance! But the best part was the awesome and friendly staff!! Upon arrival me and my friends were greeted by the super nice front desk attendant, I’m sad I didn’t catch her name but she gave great recommendations about the area ! Sam at the bar was also exceptional along with the other guy bartender! (I need to do better with names) but it was the night of July 3rd we were at the bar/restaurant!Amazing hospitality yall two! “I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore/White Marsh and overall had a positive experience, mainly thanks to the Teddy L.!
The standout here is definitely the customer service. Checking in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel comfortable, and that really goes a long way.
The rooms themselves were pretty average—clean and functional, but nothing particularly memorable. Everything you need is there.
The location, however, was a bit of a challenge. Getting in and out of the area wasn’t the easiest, especially with traffic and nearby road access. It’s manageable, but not the most convenient spot if you’re planning to move around the city a lot.
All things considered, the excellent service makes up for a lot. If you value friendly staff like Teddy and a smooth stay, this place delivers where it counts.”

“RODEWAY INN AS FAR AS MY EXPERIENCE,My family ,I stayed there for about 3mos at 75$ a night ...you can only stay for 21 days at a time so that you don't become a resident, will not have to pay taxes any more, THAT'S THE ONLY REASON I DEPARTED FROM THERE,I WISH THEY DIDN'T HAVE THST POLICY,I WOULD STAY THERE TILL I FIND MY PERMANENT PLACE..However RODEWAY INN,STAFF was there at the exact time I needed.. my family,I are going through the struggle right now and their what we needed financially.NO LAUNDRY ONSITE...I have bed bug spray,Lysol spray,Lysol cleaner,bleach,shower curtain,sheets, blankets,wash clothes,towels,broom, dustpan etc....that's for any hotel, however the cleaning crew does what needs to be done ? the LADIES are AMAZING,THEY WORK HARD TOO!!!!Sam at the office as well he makes sure you get your packages and he is very pleasant... I've stayed in rooms 201,202,216 and I HAVEN'T SEEN OR FELT NOT 1BEDBUG..THEM FLYING RED ,BLACK NEW BUGS OUTSIDE WERE ERKY (I hate any kind of bugs),FAR AS ROACHES I BELIEVE THEIR COMING THROUGH WITH TRAVELER'S..but that's not my experience....rooms are big spacious, microwave,fridge freezer,hot water,Internet in every room,ice onsite, I'M GLAD I WENT AND DIDN'T LET THE REVIEWS STOP ME,YOU DON'T JUST TAKE MY OPINION GO AND CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! I love the location,very quiet,nail shop ,family dollar,Global foods,Wise market...I could go on...I love love love the location ok...Oh..ALSO ITS ANOTHER GUY THAT BE IN THE OFFICE,NOT THE OLDER ONE BUT HE IS LIKE MIDDLE AGED IM GUESSING BUT I DO NOT KNOW HIS NAME...HE IS AMAZING MADE ALL MY CHECK INS,OUTS SMOOTH...HE IS PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH...I TRULY APPRECIATE THEM ALL...ME, I WOULD RECOMMEND RODEWAY INN WOODLAWN DEFINITELY.... “Unfortunelty it did not meet my expectations based on my first stay in 2018. To start it would have a more personable experience if we were greeted by an innkeeper. Secondly, every B&B that I've stayed at had breakfest include. Regardless, the breakfest was very disappointing with specifically a very small sliver of quiche. Final remarks, it felt we were in an Air B&b as opposed to a traditional B&B Inn.”
