“Unfortunelty it did not meet my expectations based on my first stay in 2018. To start it would have a more personable experience if we were greeted by an innkeeper. Secondly, every B&B that I've stayed at had breakfest include. Regardless, the breakfest was very disappointing with specifically a very small sliver of quiche. Final remarks, it felt we were in an Air B&b as opposed to a traditional B&B Inn.”

“I went to do hair & makeup for a wedding at the Pendry (I've stayed there multiple times, always amazing!) However, I parked valet as I always do, and I got a FLAT TIRE! Long story short- called triple A, due to the marathon they were taking a LONG LONG time- and I needed to be back on the road! And so I asked if anyone knew how to change a tire at the valet. Keith volunteered to help me, thank God because I was in nice clothes. Not only did Keith help me, but Sylvia (I think is her name!), George, Terrance AND Courtney ALL were helpful during this time. They were phenomenal and went above and beyond. I thank them all for helping me and getting me back on the road before the rain came. 5/5 excellent customer service. I was also in the restaurant (while waiting) and I think Jason served me and he was ALSO top notch. The whole experience despite my folly was GREAT! Thank you Pendry staff for being amazing!”

Huge shout out to Ms Aronta Taylor who checked us in and out, she made sure we had everything we needed and helped us store our bags when we came early. Beautiful building, huge rooms and wonderful breakfast and after hour pantry area too. Will definitely be back next time we come through.”

“Incredible 5* stay. I'm a little late in writing this review (we stayed here in August), but I have been talking about this trip since then because of how great the hotel was. We had an incredible corner suite with lots of square footage and great views. The stay was super comfortable, and the room was perfect for room service breakfast in the anteroom. The highlight was definitely the concierge team, especially Anastasia. She corresponded with me for a couple of weeks leading up to the trip so that everything was arranged when we got there. I mentioned that I wanted to go to Little Italy and that I could speak Italian, and she arranged for a private visit to her favorite Italian restaurant when it would have otherwise been closed! We met the owner and spoke with her in Italian and she gave us a big hug at the end of the dinner. I also mentioned that I collect stickers on my suitcase from any city I visit, and I found a selection of stickers and a keychain in my room when we arrived! FS Baltimore is one of the best hotels I have stayed at around the world in terms of its service and attention to detail.”

“Very, very clean! I loved that the room floors aren't carpeted; it feels so much more hygienic than most other hotels. The front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. Nice 24/7 coffee/tea station in the lobby, and nice lobby seating areas if you need to work or wait around. Convenient location too.”

Be mindful that if you need a fridge and didn't book a room with a mini bar you will have to request one, and they are limited.”

“June 1-3 2026 I stayed at Hotel Indigo ,it was an emergency trip to be by mother’s bedside. I can not overstate how kind and accommodating everyone was. Sleep did not come easy,, which caused me to be up and down, some might have been annoyed but Jamal, the night manager allowed me to pace and roam, he offered conversation if I wanted or solitude in the lobby, whatever II needed. His kindness was a light in a very dark time for me. He has otherworldly emotional intelligence , which is the difference in a good hotel and a great hotel. The hospitality industry too often the human element is lost inside the cooperate conformity of rules and regulations protecting profits. Not at this hotel, I felt like the staff were old friends I was meeting for the first time. Thank you Jamel for being so kind. You should run your own hotel.”

“This was a last minute booking for my family and I before our cruise tomorrow. We were going to stay at another motel that didn't look or feel safe at all. Once we got to Hampton we felt alot safer. The staff was warm and welcoming and actually spoke English unlike the other motel. From now on we will definitely be booking with Hampton for or vacation stays.”

“Here for a work conference. Didn't stay the night. Beautiful grounds and fun pathways to explore on breaks. The food here has been variable in the 15+ years I have been attending conferences here but it's at an upswing now. The individual packed breakfast and lunch was very good and healthy.”

“Staff and service were amazing. The building is soooo impressive. Hotel bar is great and mix amazing cocktails. Also - location. The Lord location is prime. Walking distance to so many areas downtown. Gotta stress that part before talking about what can be improved. The building, the loby, the facilities are all very impressive, but the rooms feel dated and cheap. This can be a real gem if the esthetics and style of the public areas could drip into the rooms themselves.”

“Sosha, Mike, Carrie, Everton were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with an inviting smile and a vibe I haven’t found anywhere else. They were attentive. I never had to ask for a refill. Ajay and Willie appeared to be waiters but still checked on me and engaged in great conversation with me. I wish I could give this great team 10 stars they absolutely deserve it for they’re hard work they work oh so well as a team.”

“Really nice stay and a great downtown location. The hotel has that polished Marriott feel and was clean, spacious, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were able to check in early, which was a huge plus, and as Marriott members we were also able to get a late checkout. Our room was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were both nice. We also had a view of the courtyard area. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby along with a small convenience shop for snacks and drinks, and complimentary bottled water was provided each day. The only minor downside was that check-in felt a little more transactional than warm or welcoming, but everything was handled correctly and efficiently. Security also seemed very attentive when an issue came up in the lobby and handled it immediately. All in all, a very comfortable stay and I would absolutely stay here again.”

“The Lord Baltimore had overflow and moved us to the Monaco so it wasn’t my first choice but it was good. The room and bed were big which I appreciate. Some things could be fixed like the sink filling up really quickly and the shower head kept falling off and then the whole thing came off the wall itself. The design of the shower was annoying and the curtain didn’t hit the floor so our entire bathroom floor would get soaked whenever we’d shower. I also got a random charge in the middle of the night after checking in that said came from the Monaco but they said it wasn’t them even though they were the only ones who had my card on file. Thankfully my bank didn’t let it go through but it was weird. The location was pretty good for a game at the stadium. Overall happy with my stay”

“I came with some friends from college! We had a great experience! Location was awesome, everything we went to was in walking distance! But the best part was the awesome and friendly staff!! Upon arrival me and my friends were greeted by the super nice front desk attendant, I’m sad I didn’t catch her name but she gave great recommendations about the area ! Sam at the bar was also exceptional along with the other guy bartender! (I need to do better with names) but it was the night of July 3rd we were at the bar/restaurant!Amazing hospitality yall two! Me and my friends felt very welcomed!! 1000/10 experience!! Room was great!”

Really enjoyed how dog friendly everything was as well. The only downfall is you hear ALL the street noise, even 8 floors up, you can hear every word from the songs people are listening to in their cars.”

“I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore/White Marsh and overall had a positive experience, mainly thanks to the Teddy L.! The standout here is definitely the customer service. Checking in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel comfortable, and that really goes a long way. The rooms themselves were pretty average—clean and functional, but nothing particularly memorable. Everything you need is there. The location, however, was a bit of a challenge. Getting in and out of the area wasn’t the easiest, especially with traffic and nearby road access. It’s manageable, but not the most convenient spot if you’re planning to move around the city a lot. All things considered, the excellent service makes up for a lot. If you value friendly staff like Teddy and a smooth stay, this place delivers where it counts.”

“RODEWAY INN AS FAR AS MY EXPERIENCE,My family ,I stayed there for about 3mos at 75$ a night ...you can only stay for 21 days at a time so that you don't become a resident, will not have to pay taxes any more, THAT'S THE ONLY REASON I DEPARTED FROM THERE,I WISH THEY DIDN'T HAVE THST POLICY,I WOULD STAY THERE TILL I FIND MY PERMANENT PLACE..However RODEWAY INN,STAFF was there at the exact time I needed.. my family,I are going through the struggle right now and their what we needed financially.NO LAUNDRY ONSITE...I have bed bug spray,Lysol spray,Lysol cleaner,bleach,shower curtain,sheets, blankets,wash clothes,towels,broom, dustpan etc....that's for any hotel, however the cleaning crew does what needs to be done ? the LADIES are AMAZING,THEY WORK HARD TOO!!!!Sam at the office as well he makes sure you get your packages and he is very pleasant... I've stayed in rooms 201,202,216 and I HAVEN'T SEEN OR FELT NOT 1BEDBUG..THEM FLYING RED ,BLACK NEW BUGS OUTSIDE WERE ERKY (I hate any kind of bugs),FAR AS ROACHES I BELIEVE THEIR COMING THROUGH WITH TRAVELER'S..but that's not my experience....rooms are big spacious, microwave,fridge freezer,hot water,Internet in every room,ice onsite, I'M GLAD I WENT AND DIDN'T LET THE REVIEWS STOP ME,YOU DON'T JUST TAKE MY OPINION GO AND CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! I love the location,very quiet,nail shop ,family dollar,Global foods,Wise market...I could go on...I love love love the location ok...Oh..ALSO ITS ANOTHER GUY THAT BE IN THE OFFICE,NOT THE OLDER ONE BUT HE IS LIKE MIDDLE AGED IM GUESSING BUT I DO NOT KNOW HIS NAME...HE IS AMAZING MADE ALL MY CHECK INS,OUTS SMOOTH...HE IS PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH...I TRULY APPRECIATE THEM ALL...ME, I WOULD RECOMMEND RODEWAY INN WOODLAWN DEFINITELY....
