The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is a large hotel in a perfect and fantastic location for visiting the harbor and downtown Baltimore. It is literally across the street from the Inner Harbor and right next to the Baltimore Convention Center, connected by a skybridge for easy, safe access. The walkability is excellent, allowing guests to walk everywhere to attractions like Camden Yards, the Ravens' stadium, the National Aquarium, Fells Point, Federal Hill, and numerous restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very nice, with a beautiful lobby and cool elevators offering views of the harbor. Rooms are standard size, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with fabulous showers and beds, though some could use an update. Minor issues were noted, such as a wonky AC, a fixed thermostat, and a sink with only hot water. A significant incident involving smoke from a parking garage fire was reported, where the front desk was uninformative. Service is generally outstanding, with staff described as awesome, extremely friendly, helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Multiple staff members are thanked for making stays fantastic and comfortable. Housekeeping is helpful and provides daily service. The on-site Bistro 300 offers exceptional and outstanding breakfast and dinner. Most guests report a great stay, would absolutely come back, and highly recommend the hotel.
