Overall, it was a pleasant to stay. I will say, though the toilet is stopped working twice it took them several hours to replace it. Eventually they put me in another room with that room key did not work so they had to put me into another room.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and great customer service. The bottom floor rooms should be better soundproof but other than that a nearly perfect experience.

I talked to Ms. Aranta Taylor on the phone before my stay and also in person during my stay. She was helpful, friendly, and pleasant in all of our interactions and I appreciated her genuine attitude.
