Lithuanian Hall Association Inc. is a lively and welcoming space in Baltimore that celebrates Lithuanian culture and offers a variety of events. Visitors can enjoy fun Friday dinners, dance groups, and a friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home. The hall features a historic and beautiful setting, perfect for hosting different sizes of events. On the first Friday of each month, the basement transforms into an exciting bar with a retro decor, attracting a diverse crowd of locals in their 20s to early 40s. The bar offers affordable Lithuanian beers for $6, mixed drinks under $10, and shots for $3, including a Lithuanian honey liquor called Viryta. The atmosphere becomes lively around 10:30 pm, with a line forming as the place gets busy. The basement includes pool tables, a dance floor, and a square bar with several bartenders, creating a fun environment to hang out and dance to music from the 80s and 90s. The hall is cherished for its cultural pride, family traditions, and sense of community, making it a special place to connect with Lithuanian heritage and meet new friends despite its surroundings.
I come here pretty regularly for the Save Your Soul retro dance parties, and they're always a blast. A great scene, with good music and great drinks that you can't get anywhere else, like Viryta and some really good Lithuanian beers. I love this place, and I'm proud to be an honorary member. Too bad I'm not Lithuanian!

Amazing place. Very Baltimore. Go on first Friday for 60s soul dance. Amazing, easy-going crowd, simple bar with fantastic staff—entire staff, not just (very cool) bartenders—and super DJ.

This place is great, the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars is because they serve beer and glass bottles and people drop them on the dance floor and then there is wet broken glass in the dark. Maybe they should consider having cans only?!
