    I have an auto loan with MECU. My car was totaled in an accident. The company that is trying to obtain information about a payoff amount has made several calls to MECU with no response. I would think MECU would want to respond to get the loan paid.

    Everyone is so nice. I gave them three stars because many times I go there and it is only one teller and a lot of people in line.

    Rude and unhelpful customer service, long wait times, unresponsive to requests... I wish I'd gotten my car loan from literally any other bank, even if I'd have to pay more.

    edit: My second interaction with them was more polite than the first, but overall I'd still recommend you look elsewhere
