MOM's Organic Market is a great organic market and a go-to place for groceries in the area. It is described as a happy place with a great product selection, including vital wheat gluten, TVP, agar agar, soy curls, vegan premade sandwiches, harder to find Asian sauces, produce, and lions mane mushrooms. The store is large with a variety of products in an intentionally organized display. Almost all of the food is organic, the quality is always good, and the associates are friendly and helpful. The store provides personal service at the bread and customer service counter and at checkout, with no self-checkout. They also do not track customers through loyalty programs. However, some note incredibly slow check-out lanes and a late opening time. While prices are considered very reasonable by some, others find them high. A disappointing change for some is the end of the bulk supply for olive oil, honey, vinegar, liquid soaps, and detergents, which are now only sold in individual packaging. The selection of meat and produce is noted by one reviewer as limited. Despite these points, customers enjoy being able to grab items without reading all the ingredients, trusting the store has done that work. The store's self-care selection, including vitamins, beauty products, and oral and body care, is a favorite.
