I cannot stand m&t's online banking portal because at the end of the week it's always shutting down

The staff was horrible at this Bank they tried to do too many things and don't get anything done I waited over an hour to get service that I needed I would never open account at this Bank and trying to get my family to leave it also yes ma'am
