He took the time to carefully inspect every single piece of jewelry before weighing it and explained details about each item along the way, which I really appreciated.
Because I brought in quite a bit, the process took some time, but Bobby never made me feel rushed. Instead, we spent the time talking about our families, and he made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge truly stood out.
When he finished weighing everything and calculated the final offer, I was honestly blown away. I expected to receive maybe a small fraction of what he offered me. I felt like I had won the lottery! “I purchased a ring from Poplar Jewelry at Christmas time 2025. Sometime in March 2026 my daughter dropped the ring and the stone fell out. We were able to find the stone and took it back to Poplar. Besides the stone falling out the found a broken post. Poplar said they would mount the stone for free and only charge us the amount of gold it would take to fix the crack plus labor. They stood behind there product and repaired a piece of jewelry that had no warranty. They charged is what there jeweler would charge them. I will be a returning customer.”
