Have had just okay experiences here previously so was not looking forward to going in. However, Cameron helped me with an issue and I could not recommend him more at this branch!

The general staff are pleasant, but Steven is not a nice individual to have to interact with!

The PNC Bank branch in Harbor East is just minutes from The Charm’tastic Mile, it has a great ATM, the staff inside were friendly and helpful. It’s in a very nice location of downtown Charm City.
