Just show up without any notification, tear the street up, lawn, no water, no parking. Non English speaking workers that can’t explain what’s going on.

Been 12 hours without water in the 21229 zip code. No emergency assistance from this contractor and 311 basically said screw us. It's the holiday people can't cook or even flush the toilet. I have called the contractor 6times and still waiting for a call back!! 8 hours later. Just disgusting!!
