The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel offers a great location with many nearby activities, including the aquarium, harbor walk, and vibrant nightlife. Guests frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, with specific mentions of staff members going out of their way to assist, such as helping with luggage and accommodating early check-ins. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, often featuring smart TVs with popular apps and harbor views. The hotel’s lobby and rooms maintain high cleanliness standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Guests enjoy the walkability of the area, with plenty of food and drink options within walking distance, including a notable breakfast buffet, though some find it expensive. The pool is open, providing a good option for relaxation, although there is no kid pool and the hot tub is unavailable. Safety and well-lit surroundings add to the appeal. Parking, priced at around $36 daily, is convenient but considered costly by some. Overall, visitors have a positive experience, citing the excellent location, friendly service, and clean, comfortable accommodations as key highlights of their stay.

Diane the hostess at the fifth floor restaurant was awesome and the food and my waitress were phenomenal two nights in a row. It’s always nice meeting friendly personable people.

This was a very last minute stay. Netty Culp went above and beyond what she needed to do and accommodated the situation accordingly. We are very appreciative of her!
