Hours: Royal Farms is a newly remodeled store that is always pleasant, clean, and offers fresh and edible food. The location is customer service certified. Employees are known to go above and beyond, demonstrating professional and helpful customer service with random acts of kindness, such as assisting customers early in the morning even during breaks. The store stays busy with its food to go, especially the fried chicken and western fries, which are definitely worth the wait. However, these popular items usually require a wait because they are constantly running out and not cooking enough despite the high volume of orders, especially at night. A policy exists to offer a complimentary medium fountain drink if customers have to wait for food, but most employees fail to tell people unless it is brought to their attention. The store offers both self-checkouts and cashier checkouts. The cashiers are still slow, usually with only one register open despite other employees being present. Only one self-serve checkout is typically open, as the other one is always out of order. Additionally, this location features a free air pump for tires. It is a nice, digital air pump that beeps when it reaches the desired pressure and is notably not broken, unlike pumps at other locations.
