Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and convenient for the downtown Baltimore area. Rooms were a little small but not a deal breaker for me. They also validate parking bc its paid parking only.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for directions at front desk when I set off the girl noticed turned in wrong direction and she came running out to tell...now that is 5 star service
