“This place is the real deal! I brought my Jeep in after a sideswipe downtown, and the experience has been top-tier from the start.
They got me in promptly for an estimate and even ordered the necessary parts in advance before I dropped the car off. Communication has been excellent—they call every Wednesday with an update, and anytime I’ve called the shop with a question, I’ve been given a prompt and straightforward answer.
The repair is taking a little longer than I originally expected, but I’m thrilled knowing they’re taking the time to get it done right the first time around. I’d much rather have quality work than a rushed repair.

This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. The team was incredible knowledgeable and patient.”

Amir & co were so helpful — gave us regular updates, dealt with Geico, made sure all damage was covered, got all the quirky electronics calibrated — and at the end our car was as good as new. “I needed body work done twice (!) in the past year and both times used Homeland. I was referred to them by a trusted mechanic and definitely pleased with the work. Michael handled the “cost adjustments” with my insurance company, taking care of the aggravation for me - after decades with the same insurance company why they need to try to nickel and dime a repair is beyond me - but not a problem I had to deal with. Much appreciated!!! And yes, my car looks great!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Henry from Walter Jay's. They installed some aftermarket body parts on my BMW. They were extremely responsive via email as compared to other shops, who would mostly not even respond to my email inquiries. This shop is an honest shop and charges reasonably for their work. “I brought my car in for an estimate on fixing a damaged bumper. Another body shop had told be that the number needed to be replaced and quoted me over $600. The guys at east end garage made it look as god as new with the existing bumper in a few hours for only $110. I will definitely be back if I need a body shop in the future.”

“This place is amazing. I've used them several times for car repairs. If you have GEICO, they offer the the GEICO Express service where you can also pick up your rental from Enterprise when you drop off your car for collision repair. They just did an amazing job on my 2016 Toyota Camry. It was my baby and I was devastated when someone hit me. When Bob's called and said it was repairable I was happy beyond belief. I got it back yesterday and it is perfect and even the interior looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Bob's and they updated me every step of the way and took all the worry out of the process.”
