The ladies in the office were fantastic and exhausted a lot of effort to help me track down my package that was riddled with admin errors from the original shipper.

Pathetic and completely incompetent in every way! Waiting on an amazon delivery for over 8 weeks! Call center in the Philippines so forget about talking to someone in the states. I'm on my 18th call to get a simple delivery. They promise call backs and that never happens. They flat out lie.
