“I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tire on Baltimore Pike in Bel Air, thanks to John and Joe! I came in with a screw stuck sideways in my tire tread. John and Joe separately laid out my options, and their consistency was incredibly reassuring.They explained that they only perform plugs and not patches, which helped me understand my choices clearly. Together, they walked me through the pros and cons of pulling the screw and the possible outcomes. Since I had a spare tire available, I opted to have them pull the screw, knowing I could just order a new tire if it ended up being ruined.Thankfully, the screw only pierced the tread and didn't puncture the tire itself. I deeply appreciated the thoughtfulness of their approach, their diligence in making sure it wasn't leaking, and their ultimate honesty in letting me know it was completely safe and good to drive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!”
“My experience at Mr. Tire at 205 Baltimore Pike was very positive. I made a day-of appointment, the process was simple. Upon arriving I was greeted by the store manager, Mr. Goode, who was expertly helping a different customer. Mr. Goode was kind, courteous, and worked quickly to diagnose and repair my issue. I appreciated his positive attitude. The waiting area was clean and well put together. If I have another tire issue close to home, I will definitely go to this Mr. Tire again.”
“Had a great experience. Was shopping around, told Justin and the Sales Manager exactly what I was looking for, and my budget, and they found me 2 options. Both were nice but one had the Remote Start, which is one of the features I was looking for, so I bought that one. The financing was done and ready for me to sign by the time I got to pick the vehicle up. Was able to get me a 3 year warranty and gap insurance and still stayed withi n my monthly budget.”

“We had a 2011 Subaru outback that we took into get new tires, which were done there wasn’t great communication, but we have had an ongoing problem with the vehicle for several years with not a good metallic noise it was making, and they found the problem and took care of it now the car runs like a dream so I am very grateful for that despite the lack of communication. We had taken it to several other automotive repair shops to get the metallic sound checked and nobody could figure it out. Firestone found it!”
“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”
