I let him know that I wanted to upgrade my phone and let him know which phone I wanted. He went to the back made sure it was there and started the process. I felt like I was in and out within 10 minutes. My kids greatly appreciated it. Kendric was very professional and offered to help me set up my phone. “Recently my wife and I bought a pair of Apple Watches from Best Buy for store pickup. After infuriating talks with both Best Buy and or service provider over the phone, we returned to the actual store for help activating. I will say that one thing you’ll never get with online stores is the great customer service we received in the actual store. The phone tech guy, Ryan, was very helpful and friendly. He calmly and professionally walked us through the process, and made us feel very welcomed. We even bought bigger straps and a case for our new Apple Watches solely based on how well he treated us. We will definitely be back, and ask for him by name for any future assistance we might need. Thanks again, Ryan!”
