Pep Boys on Baltimore Pike is a full-service auto shop offering repairs, maintenance, oil changes, tires, brake work, batteries, and roadside assistance. Customers describe the employees and mechanics as very knowledgeable, helpful, and expert, completing quality work in excellent record time. Reviews highlight reasonably priced tires and brakes and note that the shop can complete major services, like a full brake job, quickly even when short-staffed. While most report excellent overall service, one customer expressed frustration with how technicians parked a vehicle with a disability tag. The business is recognized as a great shop and a one-stop destination where you can count on the work done properly.
