“If I could rate this collision center past 5 stars I would. I got rear ended, they took of care of me in less than a week. Rental car onsite, and the front desk lady (first desk behind the front desk) was extremely helpful. I received updated every two days. I had a dent and some damage on my door unrelated to this repair, they even gave it a little bit of TLC to make it look good! I'm beyond grateful for this shop and their staff!!!!!!!!!!”

After three days of searching and hunting gentleman name Harold who works at this auto parts store in Havre de Grace Maryland.Was exceptional. He returned my email promptly with the information I requested. I had to touch base about a few things he answered the email of both of my questionsWithin the hour of my email early in the morning he addressed me wrote back and he had the part and alternator for my 2010 Honda Civic. I went down there. It’s a peaceful place a lots to offer good deals and great excellent customer service. “First time in a long time, i've had to use an auto collision repair shop. Wow, am I glad I picked V P. Mitch ( owner) and mary jane, we're both fantastic to deal with. Mitch took me over to the shop. And showed me in detail what was being done to my car and what else needed to be done? That the insurance company missed. He even took me over to the paint shop to show me each step that will be done to my parts. Not to my surprise when I picked up my car, it looked absolutely amazing. Don't waste your time looking around. Take your car to v p and you'll be satisfied”
