“We had spoken to several companies regarding removing our gas insert and replacing it with a pellet insert. We did the work for you. Don't bother talking to any other companies. Carla was very informative and the installation by Chris was top notch. We had one small hiccup (no one's fault) where the decking under the pre-existing insert showed signs of weakness. They worked with me until I had a contractor repair it and the install was completed several days later. GREAT JOB!!”
