I called Apple because I needed help with my computer. I was helped by a gentleman named Charlie who helped me over the phone and he did an excellent job. Charlie Is honest, professional, polite and showed he cared about the customer, which I am glad I am one of them.

I bought a new phone for pick up, Miguel was so helpful in setting up my new phone and making sure I was confident and comfortable before I left with my new phone, he made the whole experience amazing, when I need a new phone I know where I will be coming!

I didn’t have an appointment but arrive there just when they opened at 10 AM. I got an appointment at 11:10 so it was a long wait. But the people are friendly. The technician really couldn’t help me and I’m not sure why, but I’ve used them before and I was happy with them.
