Unhelpful. Don't want to be bothered with customer service except to sell something. Their response to my tech issue was just to wait for the next update. Nothing more. Went to my carrier store and they straightened out the issue. Used to be good many moons ago, but no more. Stick with your carrier.

The most unprofessional staff. I came to pickup laptop after receiving call that it is ready for pickup. Came and had to wait 25 minutes, speaking to staff about this three times. Computer never came out. I had to leave without getting laptop.What a waist of time!!!

I’ve never been spoken to so condescendingly and rudely in my life. I mean I understand customer service is tedious, but if you don’t want to do your job just look for something else. It’s a shame too cause that WAS one of the stores nearby I liked.
