I visited because of an issue with my eSIM. The day before, I had gone to a different AT&T store where the staff was very unkind and failed to solve my problem, which brought me here instead. Even though I'm not fluent in English, the representative went above and beyond to communicate with me using a translator. They understood my situation right away and handled everything with utmost professionalism.
When the first SIM card had an error, they smoothly set up a second one until everything worked perfectly—and they didn't even charge me for the SIM card! I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service, and I will definitely return here whenever I need to buy a new phone or get help in the future. Highly recommended!”
