“Hello long time Verizon customer. Read some of the reviews about this location prior to going there. Here’s my take, needed to replace an older simple smart phone. Called to inquire about an appointment and was told it wasn’t necessary.Made it clear upon meeting Alfonzo I merely needed a replacement phone. No upgrade no contract etc. let him know I was in a slight hurry and my phone was literally on life support. Not only did he handle my situation but by the time I left I had a lower monthly plan, a replacement simple phone and an overall excellent experience.. They are a retail phone seller and if you need to drop off old equipment or need Fios service they have another location 5 minutes away in friendship heights.
