“I ordered a water bottle for a good price. There was only one available, so I knew I was taking a chance if something was wrong with it. It was advertised as NEW, so I just hoped it would be fine. The bottle came without the straw, which affects the stated functionality of the bottle. I contacted secondipity customer service and explained the problem. Initially they offered me a $3 refund to replace the straw, due to not having replacement parts to offer themselves. I looked up the cost to buy the part with shipping and it would have cost $6. I sent secondipity this information, and they provided me a $6 refund without issue. So, I was able to get the straw for no extra cost to me from the bottle manufacturer. Yes, it was a little extra effort on my part, but I was very satisfied by the customer service support I received.”
“It is in downtown, so expect people to ask you for money, but not all the time. The people inside have always been friendly to me. They are one of the few 7-elevens that have Dr Pepper Jack links, so that's mainly what i come for. The parking is a bit awkward, but usable. It's still a good store.”
