“I ordered a water bottle for a good price. There was only one available, so I knew I was taking a chance if something was wrong with it. It was advertised as NEW, so I just hoped it would be fine. The bottle came without the straw, which affects the stated functionality of the bottle. I contacted secondipity customer service and explained the problem. Initially they offered me a $3 refund to replace the straw, due to not having replacement parts to offer themselves. I looked up the cost to buy the part with shipping and it would have cost $6. I sent secondipity this information, and they provided me a $6 refund without issue. So, I was able to get the straw for no extra cost to me from the bottle manufacturer. Yes, it was a little extra effort on my part, but I was very satisfied by the customer service support I received.”
“This has to be the weirdest target ever. It’s actually not that big, has two levels and the parking is confusing.
You can’t just park on the first level and walk right in. It’s actually a level below which doesn’t make sense at all.
The workers don’t seem very motivated to be there and of course there’s not many staff.
On the other hand, they do have very convenient things and I cannot give them too bad a review because they have many different merchandise and essentials that I need to quickly get here in Bethesda.”

“Hello long time Verizon customer. Read some of the reviews about this location prior to going there. Here’s my take, needed to replace an older simple smart phone. Called to inquire about an appointment and was told it wasn’t necessary.Made it clear upon meeting Alfonzo I merely needed a replacement phone. No upgrade no contract etc. let him know I was in a slight hurry and my phone was literally on life support. Not only did he handle my situation but by the time I left I had a lower monthly plan, a replacement simple phone and an overall excellent experience.. They are a retail phone seller and if you need to drop off old equipment or need Fios service they have another location 5 minutes away in friendship heights. “It is in downtown, so expect people to ask you for money, but not all the time. The people inside have always been friendly to me. They are one of the few 7-elevens that have Dr Pepper Jack links, so that's mainly what i come for. The parking is a bit awkward, but usable. It's still a good store.”
