“Capital One is the best bank, is everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, local and are easy to use, I have all sorts of accounts with them. Everyone is helpful, specially, the bank teller Kelsey Hage in Bethesda MD branch. I purchased a house, needed to wire transfer $70k to another bank. I walked in expecting bank personnel to help me, however I found, I have to do this online by myself. I never did this before, I was very worried about transferring this large amount. Kelsey felt my anxiety, she stepped in and was extremely helpful, got me through this tedious process.”

“I was paying bills online when I noticed that my checking acct. balance had gone down hugely. I called the bank and made an appt. to see somebody about it. I rolled in and Ms. F. took up my case. She was great: both reassuring and utterly competent. She spent well over an hour with me. We were able to cancel the forged check before the person could cash it, and she set up a new checking acct. for me, arranged for me to get new checks on the new account, and freeze the old checking account. I spoke with two bank officers by phone, and a third security officer called me from Georgia later that morning. This was Thursday, and today, Tuesday, I am up and running and able to use the new account. I received the checks yesterday (I paid extra for fast shipping). This service has been fantastic. I can't recommend these people highly enough!”

“So first off my visit was coincidental as I was actually in the building for a work event. For those of you like me visiting the NIH campus or if you work there it's in building 31. To the left of the front entrance. It's a full service branch so they can accommodate your teller transactions as well as any other services that might require an in person visit to a branch. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. And was in and out quickly. I'd give it 5 stars but if you're not an NIH employee there's a whole security screening similar to the airport you have to go through just to get on the campus proper.”
