“I started this review months ago and never finished. That review had 1 star. As usual...this location is absolutely no help. I stood by the drills waiting for assistance. Someone from customer service called across the loud speaker for me and no one came..Now, December 24...I had a very pleasant experience. I didn't need to ask for any help. lol Well, honestly there were 2 guys in the floral department who did stop to answer my question, there was a woman who scanned and told me the prices since the plants were not priced.So, I must say I did receive help. Now theee best part! All of the plants were 50% off! I am in awe and so happy. So guess what!!! I'm giving 5 stars all bc of that. lol there was a little lady who told me "look the Christmas plants are 50%. I told her...and so are all of these." We both were so excited.”

“I was happy to discover that this location wasn't far from me. I mean, I do have one less than a half mile from my place, but it's not always convenient to go there. This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.”

“I had an issue 8 months ago that was resolved today with a great customer care representative from Lowes ( Brittney Shumate) thinking that my calls and letter were ignored from last year was incorrect. Thank you Lowes for resolving the issue, satisfying a customer and being a stand up company I always believed you were .5 stars”

“I'd like to provide this feedback for the customer service of Home Depot in Gaithersburg, specifically to Ana who was professionally amazing to help me with tue issue I had. Although I had a temper because of technical issues with my payment, she was patient and trying her best to help me out for over an hour, calling to tech support and main customer service line. One comment for management thou, please consider having online price match in store, I picked up my items in shopping cart in store, went to cashier, and since they don't do price match, I was asked to but it online, and wait for the confirmation and then take out the items that are already in my shopping cart. Just waste of time on customer side.”

“I went there yesterday to shop for a washer and a lady by the name of Celeste had such great customer service that I had to come and write a good review in yelp. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind to us as we decided on a washer, and she answer all of our questions. I appreciate her and Home Depot for the great service.”
