“Dropped in on a Sunday - nice coach and good facility. There’s no parking lot and street/garage parking is not easy to find. Class was labeled as CrossFit but it was a Hyrox class, it was fine but not what I was looking for.”
“Knowledgeable, friendly atmosphere. Hard working clients and trainers. People show up to work hard, not show off. All the trainers seem excellent, but we love Teddy!”
“Hard to believe this is my first review of FT given the wonderful experiences I have been having for nearly the past year! I can’t say enough good things about the team and management, all of whom are top professionals, hyper knowledgeable and responsive, and just excellent people all around.
I want to give a special shout out to my trainer Elena, who is the reason I am still on and progressing in my fitness journey today! Elena has an incredible talent for teaching, coaching, and developing that goes far beyond sharing information and how-to. It is an understatement to say she is amazing at what she does. She takes the time to deeply learn about her clients’ goals and motivations- a core part of this is her strong ability to build the trust that is essential to the trainer-trainee relationship. I have never ever been able to stick to a fitness routine/commitment in the past and Elena not only helped me get to the root of my motivation and created programs that worked for me/were engaging and fun, but so importantly she created a space where I felt welcome, supported, and could continue to show up at each stage of this journey. I completely trust her to be my guide in setting and meeting my goals and I couldn’t do this without her! I am so appreciative of Elena and the positive impact her influence and guidance has had on my life inside and outside the gym! Thank you FT and thank you Elena!”

“Gals went last month, Julia the Spa Certified Esthetician fabulous. Amazing facial experience & the coziness and warmth of her personality is perfect luxury escape hour. Highly recommend this experience.”
“This place is a hidden gem. Not fancy but very qualified trainers. My trainer, Noel, is awesome. He's very respectiful of his clients. He knows anatomy well & will break it down so that YOU know what's happening with your body & why he chooses the exercices he gives you. Noel understands my physical challenges and we're working on improving them as best as possible for me. All the trainers are qualified, professional and pleasant. No judgements. All age groups workout there. I’ve been training at FITology for a year and see great improvements.”
“Not only does this gym have everything you need, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Zach helped my girlfriend and I get a joint membership that is more than reasonable for what they offer. He explained everything well and was able to answer all of our questions. As for the gym, it’s surprisingly huge with 3-4 different weight rooms, treadmills, a few yoga/zumba studios, basketball court, 3 tennis courts on the roof and one inside with pickle ball, numerous racquetball and squash courts, full length salt water lap pool. They also have a men’s and women’s locker room each with steam room, sauna, hot tub and showers. This is all included at their base membership!!I was a member of equinox in Bethesda which is great but for the price, joining one life is a no brainer. Way more to offer here at a fraction of the cost. Thanks again to Zach and everyone there!!”
“i’m so thankful for the community i’ve found at B3 bethesda! the instructors are inspiring and the members are very welcoming and supportive. this is the first workout i’ve enjoyed and stuck with consistently since college (5 years ago), so finding barre3 was a huge win for me.”
