“The staff made my niece's experience amazing today. The store felt extremely inviting. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service and the multitude of stuffed animal selection. Will definitely be a return customer and will be telling all of my friends and family to come check out that store.

“Kids had fun. Though we did forget the birth certificates after we made them on the tablets and no one reminded or handed them to us after we made them. Not sure if we were supposed to grab them from somewhere.”
“The lady that helped me yesterday was great I had her piece both my sons and my daughters ears. I tried to call the store this morning to find out what we can do because one of my daughters earrings already fell out when she was sleeping I have never had that happen before and can't get ahold of anyone in the store. I think the price we are paying the earrings as piercing earrings should not just come out.”

“The LEGO store is always a fun place to go to have fun and just look at sets. I’ve been to this store many times before, and my favorite part is the Build-Your-Own Minifigure stand they have.
This time they didn’t have many good pieces, so you gotta come in on different days to make a cool figure. LEGO sets are also a bit pricey (but they always are); 3 custom minigures were $10, basically for tiny pieces of plastic, but I love them so I got them.
It’s a pretty average LEGO store, but the employee Pablo was stand out. He’s very energetic and likes to help out and talk to the customers, and he’s great with kids. He’s the highlight of our visit.”
