My experience with this so called bank has been horrendou. Poor customer service. Branch manager only has voicemai. A voicemail that is never responded to.I you use this bank,expect to be disappointed.

Very poor service specially the branch assistant manager is very confused and incompetent to address simple questions. Don't recommend banking with united as there service is really not in scope with the standard technological banking system that other banks use.

I totally disagree with the other people's comments. I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience each time I visit this branch. The tellers are friendly, and the managers are professional and courteous. Even when I have had to call in to ask a question, I get a prompt, courteous response. Keep up the good work.
