They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. I had a little sticker shock from the estimate she quoted me as we were fixing a scratch on two door panels and they have a flat price per panel (~$500 for a deep scratch). Before coming to the German Service Center, I had taken my GLE 53 to another shop, where they were going to overcharge me significantly for the work needed. While price isn't the primary concern for me, the experience highlighted the importance of honesty and integrity in a service provider.
At the German Service Center, Biz, the owner and manager, personally ensured that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. Biz is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, fast, and most importantly, personable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me confidence in their abilities and their commitment to fair pricing.
The quality of the mechanical repairs was outstanding. My car now runs like new, and the performance is back to its peak. The bodywork was equally impressive; the attention to detail was impeccable, and the car looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. The paint match was perfect, and there isn't a single trace of the previous damage.
Throughout the process, the communication from the German Service Center was excellent. They kept me updated on the progress and were always available to answer any questions I had. The customer service was top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Additionally, they went above and beyond by providing a complimentary wash and detailing, which was a pleasant surprise. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.

“I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”
