“Had a great experience this past Saturday. Rented a tow behind lift for a govee light project. Pickup was easy and effortless. While at the house installing lights I went to use the lift and found the basket control panel wasn't getting any power or able to be used. Rental Unlimited quickly came out to fix, and get me back to installing lights. They were courteous enough to work a discount out for me since the lift wasn't able to be used for part of my rental period. Will definitely use again!”

“I enjoy a great Milwaukee tool or quality item and oddly enough, I sometimes find that level of smile factor at Harbor Freight. We have found some of their items to be quote a good value such as the metal cutting carbide saw blades. We use them on the Evolution brand saws and find thay the HF ones hold up longer and for less cost. Double win!
As far as the stores, I typically find them to have helpful staff and they serve the customers relatively well.”

I had to work for it and be patient as their dock area to ship and receive is extremely tight with co trucks and employee vehicles parked close. Also had another truck already in a dock unloading. Ended up waiting for that unload to finish and truck to move and ended up getting backed up to the 2nd dock as you pull in .
Devin had one of his best men load me up and I was pulling away @ 12noon. All personal were courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to return and do it all again. Thanks again for the 1st class treatment. Did not ask or need a restroom/bathroom but I’m sure they could set you up. Overnighting could be possible on side of street coming in or in their driveway in back , but would call and ask first.”
“I recently had a small fitting on my $1200 pressure washer sheer off in the brass pump head. A new brass head cost over $400. A new complete pump cost over $400. I could not accept or justify that cost for a $5 fitting. I searched for what seemed like forever on Google and stumbled upon their website. At first I figured they wouldn't be interested in a small 1 off job but stopped by anyways. They took it and said they would let their shop guy check it out and give me a call. A few days later they called and said easy fix at $53. I was beyond ecstatic. I would highly recommend them for any sort of one off machine jobs. With their huge shop they are easily able to handle anything.”
