“I went to the UPS store to return an item to Amazon but forgot my phone. Thought I had to return home to get my phone and return another day. But, Kevin saved the day. He let me use his phone to access my Amazon account to find the QR code. What terrific customer service and all on his own initiative! Thank you Kevin.
