I recently had a car battery die while in their parking lot, and they quickly tested it, and installed a new one I bought, with a 3 year warranty. They read your check engine light as well, which is always handy to do before bringing to a mechanic.”

“Jerome was amazing! I was running late for work and my battery died and needed a new one and help installing it. He is the general manager and took the time to help me. I have a Honda Odyssey and the battery is in a really tough spot but he stayed out in the hot sun and helped me while also giving me tips on how to maintain my batteries life. He explained everything he was doing and was extremely helpful! If I could give him and his shop ten stars I would. He was very helpful, professional, and patient. Thanks again!”

Nothing hard I was looking for literally drain plugs and gaskets for my Diffs and transfer case. But 4 stars for the patience and effort they gave trying to help me figure it out . They could use a little more training on finding parts in their system.”

He made sure the problem was addressed and provided a solution that was very satisfying for myself as a customer. The way him and his team handled it showed real professionalism and integrity. “I went to DARCARS for an alignment after scheduling an appointment a couple days prior to my visit to the shop. From the time I called, the staff member was very polite and professional in providing options for me to come in. The appointment was right on time and my service advisor was wonderful! I wish I remember her name aside from her workstation was the last one towards the exit. I had a couple extra request and questions, and she was very accommodating. I even asked to speak with the technician to explain the services her provided. Within a few minutes, he came out to walk me through so that I understood how the wheel were aligned and the price for service was clearly stated without pressure to have the work down.
