I am very pleased with all the people I had contact with and the installer was very thorough and did not rush the job. From the time I called, the staff member was very polite and professional in providing options for me to come in. The appointment was right on time and my service advisor was wonderful! I wish I remember her name aside from her workstation was the last one towards the exit. I had a couple extra request and questions, and she was very accommodating. I even asked to speak with the technician to explain the services her provided. After explaining myself to this Autozone, I was highly frustrated and upset. They looked past all of that and still helped me with replacing my battery. I will be coming to this Autozone from now on, I can tell the managers here care about their staff, everyone here shows team leadership. They also showed me how to replace a battery (but I won’t ever try myself.) 10/10.”
