“I shopped at T.J. Maxx in Bowie, MD; the store offered a broad selection of discounted brand-name items, the layout was easy to browse and the staff were friendly, but some shelves were a bit crowded and checkout lines could get long on busy days”

“I visited Walmart in January and found every item in its perspective place. The quality of the items were genuine and I was please with my products. I purchased Bread Flour and was overly excited, for the fact that the price of the Bread was cheaper than Giant and Shoppers. “Ross is now open for your shopping experience at its new store location in Bowie, Md. I like to hunt for the bargains and this is my go to for home interior decorating projects. I live in the shoe department as you can see in the video ⬇️ If you visit at the right time, you will discover steals on high end brands or discover new one at the fraction of the price. The imperfections at times are fixable or unnoticeable with the naked eye. Enjoy your shopping ? experience…I always do!”

“Was in the area so I decided to stop here as I know that they have a MAC counter present. I don’t quite remember the young lady’s name who assisted me but I do know that she knew her stuff. I went in looking for Ruby Woo(if you know, you know as this is an oldie but goodie lipstick). I tried it on and did not like it whatsoever. I was then offered the smooth version and still did not like it. The lady helping me asked if I was willing to try one of her favorites and I instantly fell in LOVEEEEEEEEE. It’s red, vibrant and beyond what I imagined. Let’s not forget that it’s a Matte lippie too. Thank you soooo much for assisting me in finding what I was looking for in record breaking time. ?”

“I enjoy using the Drive Up service at the Lanham Target because they are very efficient at shopping and communicating any concerns with my order. One of the Drive Up associates, Chinemerem, always displays a friendly, helpful attitude. This week he took the time to tell me of other services Drive Up offers such as returns, Starbucks products, etc. I really appreciate Chinemerem’s excellent customer service skills. My husband and I look forward to seeing him on our next Drive Up visit!”

“I went to the Bowie Walmart yesterday morning about 9:00 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised!! I shop at Walmart both online and in store. The Bowie store was one of my least favorites. It was a running joke that this store was a "hit or miss." However, the shelves were stocked and organized. Store staff were available and working. It was clean. It was such a great experience, I actually did more shopping than I planned!! I wanted to do a happy dance. I was so excited that I wanted to share my delight with the manager, so I ask a staff person if I could speak with the manager (not explaining why). Well, the staff person took me to customer service and it turned into disappointment (this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5). The staff person requested the customer service rep to call the manager for me and the young lady refused. The staff person asked several times and the young women's response was "you call him." Very unprofessional and all of this was done in front of me - the customer. I just walked away. But I still wanted to share the "job" well done on the other points.”

“Now any retail store can be let's just say interesting-you go to Macys in VA and the stores are just different -more selection and the list goes on and on -Macys in a "urban" area well you know they do us different-yup I said it ---But here's why the stars ---It's all for the STAFF...yes .....the pick up desk for packages team, the perfume and cosmetics team, the shoe team and my absolute fav ...the Last Stop Shop team . Many regulars go to this store for package pickup so we're not taken by the porch pirates ‍ and I often run into some of the same faces it's funny how we recognize each other ..,we need to form a shoppers club and probably need an intervention lol --but back to the point -I noticed the pick up desk staff recognizing some of the frequent customers greeting them by name -chatting being funny and caring in particular to our elders ---Community, caring, customer service all in one ---so 5 stars for the Macys staff that know me by face and name when I pick up my sale price shoes and my $11 Karen Fleece tops -I appreciate you :) Macys should hopefully one day read this and give y'all a bonus .....holla at me when the holiday moose popcorn goes on clearance also ...smile”
