“This was my first time coming to this location. It was among the best experiences I’ve had with Nordstrom Rack. The selection was better than most of the others I’ve visited and the end-of-summer sale was noteworthy.

“I'd like to differentiate between the Post Exchange and what I call the Exchange Complex. The Exchange is the base department 🏬 store. The Complex encompasses the Exchange AND its Food Court, Military Clothing store, barbershop, Starbucks, Dentistry, Optometry, pharmacy, GNC and various small vendors. This review is on the Exchange ONLY. The Exchange is a multi-department store. It sells men's, women's and children's clothing including Alexandre of London suits for men. It sells high end men's and women's fragrances like Burberry and Versace. It has an electronics department as well as a small hardware department. It takes the standard charge cards like Mastercard and Visa as well as the special military 🪖 charge card - Military Star. It has ample parking. They will check ✔ you to make sure you're allowed to shop here (active duty, retired and others). Check out is self service though I believe customer service can ring up your purchase(s). 1 big plus ➕ of the Exchange is there's no sales tax. Service has been consistently polite though sometimes difficult to find. Overall, I've been pleased with the Exchange.”

Gary, the security personnel, greeted me with a warm smile we Seniors appreciate that and was incredibly friendly, helping keep everyone well-organized and courteous, especially with managing the flow of people. Mayra, the saleswoman, was equally delightful—pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.

“This is a smaller store, but I always like to go and check things out to see what they have. Most items advertised online are out of stock or not at this location. But it's convenient for me, close to home.”
“Great to pick up supplies for college move in. This is not my favorite discount, whole sale reselling retailers but not one to skip over either. I found some cute tops at this location and the shoe selection is quite large wrapping around the back wall and side walls throughout the store. The perfume and jewelry is decent and well protected. The home goods section is where it’s at. There is a great selection of towels, sheets, baskets, small furniture and loads of functional and decorative decor. I will be returning because it’s in a great location with lots of parking.”
“A gentleman named Matthew helped me out with a big favor. He works in Amazon department. I accidentally returned two items instead of one. Matthew used patience, understanding and great customer service to help me out. Not only did he find the item, he continue helping other customers and did an amazing job problem solving where I had no idea what to do. “I came in to grab a few items and walked out with not only my items, but a huge smile. Let’s start with Larissa. The store was super busy but she made me feel as if I were her only guest. Larissa is pleasant and very knowledgeable. There was also another wonderful associate, Rosa. She also took time to make sure I was assisted.

“I’ve bought mainly from their coffee sections, snacks, and bathroom decor. They have a good variety of items and I especially enjoy the coffee and browsing their clearance section. On a recent visit, I was particularly impressed by a store associate, Keisha, who showed such warm, refreshing, and personable customer service to multiple customers, including myself. At the register, Keisha and I ended up having a passionate discussion about Dubai Chocolate and next thing you know I’m leaving the store with Dubai chocolate! (by ForEva chocolate). And the chocolate was excellent. Moments like this is what makes shopping interesting and fun. Thanks Keisha! Parking is easy! Overall, I’d recommend!”
“I love shopping at forman Mills but this time I want to get t-shirts for my grandkids for school size large was like for a small and the XL was also fitting small so I gave had to take them back but other than that I still shop there they have some nice clothes”

“04/01/2025-I have not been inside Marshall’s since Covid 2019. I dropped in to browse the aisles and unwind, looking shoes, a ? dress or outfit to perform in, and pants for office wear! I found the same trendy clothing and styles in Marshall’s to reflect the same merchandise inventory to match Burlington’s! Now I did notice that the prices at Burlington were a little bit more affordable for my pockets. * Same style dresses and all. I enjoyed my browse! I ended up buying a pair of light blue rewash, classic rise A Line blue jeans! *$19.99 and some herbal teas! I am excited! I enjoyed myself-browsing! I had fun, a good wholesome fashion experience!”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”
