Lawrence worked with me on and off throughout the day. Making calls to the T-Mobile office and getting status while I spoke to numerous supervisors at CC. His patience with me and other customers was refreshing. He was knowledgeable and polite as well. After a week without a phone as I was away, buying a burner phone and having a Walmart salesman try to talk me into an expensive phone and contract, I have a new phone and a reasonable contract. Most important I can go into the store for Service. I highly recommend them.”
