I just want to start off by saying that the introduction to the store was fine and I want to say Collins did the perfect job and gave all the information to make sure that his service was amazing.. he should be manager at the store in new Carlton

It's my favorite place to pay my phone bill and get my phone fixed. Good customer service and Mr. Collins Brume is always there to help out with any problems I have with my phone. Just call on him.

Aftere two days of phone calls to customer service and visits to other T-Mobile stores, I got my issue resolved - finally - at this store. I found competent and patient staff who took the time to fix the problem with my order. Thank you.
