“I recently visited this T-Mobile location because I needed to trade my old phone for an upgrade. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted and waited patiently for my turn. When it was my time to be served, the representative (HyeKing Alexander) who helped me told me about a special promotion that I could take advantage of saving me over $300 on the phone I wanted to get. The main store manager (Stephen Funches) was very kind and friendly! He even transferred the data from my old phone to the new phone.Excellent experience!!”

“I recently moved to Maryland and this is always my go-to spot. I recently went in and the atmosphere is always so uplifting and fun. The staff are knowledgeable and your normally don’t wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. They are approachable, considerate, and very patient. I wish I remembered the names of the associates that I worked with because they really took care of my needs. I ended up leaving with a new phone and a brand new iPad! 10/10 would recommend.”

“I went to the Bowie Walmart yesterday morning about 9:00 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised!! I shop at Walmart both online and in store. The Bowie store was one of my least favorites. It was a running joke that this store was a "hit or miss." However, the shelves were stocked and organized. Store staff were available and working. It was clean. It was such a great experience, I actually did more shopping than I planned!! I wanted to do a happy dance. I was so excited that I wanted to share my delight with the manager, so I ask a staff person if I could speak with the manager (not explaining why). Well, the staff person took me to customer service and it turned into disappointment (this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5). The staff person requested the customer service rep to call the manager for me and the young lady refused. The staff person asked several times and the young women's response was "you call him." Very unprofessional and all of this was done in front of me - the customer. I just walked away. But I still wanted to share the "job" well done on the other points.”
