“After unrepairable water damage to my phone I went to this dealer in Bowie for a new phone. Consumer Cellular was my provider and caused this senior citizen hours of delays to transfer service. Lawrence worked with me on and off throughout the day. Making calls to the T-Mobile office and getting status while I spoke to numerous supervisors at CC. His patience with me and other customers was refreshing. He was knowledgeable and polite as well. After a week without a phone as I was away, buying a burner phone and having a Walmart salesman try to talk me into an expensive phone and contract, I have a new phone and a reasonable contract. Most important I can go into the store for Service. I highly recommend them.”
