It was available as stated, I was notified in a good amount of time and the pick up process was seamless. They check identification, which I'm happy about, as so many places these days simply take you at your word and don't. With high price items, it is a must. Staff helped to load the item and off we went. I will definitely patronize this location again.”

“I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”

“Service at the Bowie Sherwin Williams is great. The only sales associate at the time of my visit had a customer with a lot of questions. I could hear him providing suggestions and even had her call her contractor for more detailed info. My wait time was surprisingly short, given the numerous questions asked by the previous customer. I watched him mix her paint, have her go get her car ( because it started pouring rain) and he brought the paint out to her. He acknowledged me and that he would return shortly. He was able to answer my questions about paint I purchased about 5 years prior and while he couldn't match the exact paint, he came up with an alternative. He explained what I would be getting and what differences I might experience before mixing the paint. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would shop at Sherwin Williams again.”
