“Wow. Let me say it again, wow, because once is not enough. I have NEVER had an experience in a hardware store like the one I just had here. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and a request to offer assistance. When I told the associate what I needed, she told me what aisle it was in and said she'd have another associate meet me there to help. The one she called was about two steps behind me, and he was very helpful, coming up with different ways I might try to do what I needed to do. When I checked out I was even offered a free reusable bag, the kind every other place charges for! I don't live near this store, just happened to be nearby on an errand, but next time I need something they carry I will happily drive those extra miles!”

I believe we spoke with Adam - he helped us pick the right colors, providing us with several color schemes to choose from based on our preferences; he was patient, very knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy selecting the right paint for our home as much as we did. “Service at the Bowie Sherwin Williams is great. The only sales associate at the time of my visit had a customer with a lot of questions. I could hear him providing suggestions and even had her call her contractor for more detailed info. My wait time was surprisingly short, given the numerous questions asked by the previous customer. I watched him mix her paint, have her go get her car ( because it started pouring rain) and he brought the paint out to her. He acknowledged me and that he would return shortly. He was able to answer my questions about paint I purchased about 5 years prior and while he couldn't match the exact paint, he came up with an alternative. He explained what I would be getting and what differences I might experience before mixing the paint. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would shop at Sherwin Williams again.”

“I've been to this Pittsburgh paint store probably 15 times. They've got a very good stock, their staff seems to know all the stock, and only once have I been gone in and not been able to get exactly what I wanted. They also do a nice job with delivery. Give him a one-day notice and you'll have the goods right where you want them when you want them. Pittsburgh has been a good company for me to deal with I've been very happy with the business relationship definitely two thumbs up”
