Excellent experience all around. The personal attention from my salesperson, Rose, was terrific, as well as from Steve, the general sales manager. I came on Tuesday to look at the vehicle and returned on Saturday to take possession. It was clear to me from chatting with a few employees while waiting for paperwork to be completed that there is a strong business ethos communicated from the top down to those who work there. “I purchased my vehicle on August 28th, 2023. Drove my past vehicle here with hopes that it would make it here without breaking down lol Mike & Luis were extremely helpful and REALISTIC with me considering my situation. They asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that… customer service was superb!!!! They really worked with me and Mike is just an outstanding manager if you come here ask for him. I see there are some bad reviews but don’t let that deter you from shopping here just ask for Mike he will not sugar coat anything and will give you the real deal. I did not at all expect to be driving off the lot with anything that day… I got rid of my Kia and got into a nice reliable Buick Verano and even the manager drives a Buick lol this experience was BEYOND sales service I felt like family.
