“My starter went out on my truck and I normally take it the dealership for all my repairs. Every dealership were backlogged for a week. I remembered Padgett Shop, because they are in my area. I called and spoke with Tyler a very nice and person with great phone etiquettes. Long story short, I bought my starter at the dealership and Tyler installed it for me the next day. He checked me in and about an hour later, he called and said he was finished. It's been a few days now and I'm still a satisfied customer”

“I would not recommend any one go to Peter this an had held my car since June 3 times got a whole month and I paid over 5000 for every part I needed to get my car fix my car was not fix he claim to order the parts and no parts came up he claim he fix my hood grille and light as I paid every thing up front even more money like from 100-500 every week he requested and when I call he do not pick up or return . We fuss we argue in all I ask is about my car I drop my car off to 8901 dyson rd in he had me pick up my car from crosse road night club with no fixure as I called he claim he was at the doctor with his daughher folks my car is still ruined my daughter lost Xmas over him holding my car saying pick it up this day that day I missed a bday and I also lost my job . This is not the man to go to and whoever is feeling my pain file a claim in get every dime back”

“Tarik took care of everything during my visit. My first time to this location and I was a walk-in. My information was already in the system from a previous location years ago. Check in was fast and easy. I needed all 4 tires pressure checked and sensors. My sensor light was on. I also needed a battery test. I was estimated 1 hr wait and they stayed close that time frame even with having to replace my start/stop battery. I was grateful everything was taken care of and I didn't have to keep starring at the annoying light on my dashboard which was supposed to be resolved at a prior oil change at another place. Thanks Tarik. I'll definitely come again if I need anything.”
